Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Rum Barrel-Aged Chardonnay is a medium bodied white wine with aromas of peach, tropical fruit and toasted coconut. This California wine is sourced from premium California vineyards, selected for their varietal expression and style complimentary to Rum barrel aging. A select portion of the blend is aged in used Rum barrels which gives the wine rich flavors of tropical fruit and warm spices, with hints of coconut and molasses. Compliment the rich character of this wine with pan seared scallops.
